According to the forecast, wind speeds may range between 30-50 kmph, with higher intensity warnings from April 28 to 30 when all districts are likely to experience thunderstorms. Districts including Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Kamareddy, and parts of Hyderabad and its surrounding districts are expected to be affected in different phases of the forecast period.

IMD has also indicated that maximum temperatures will remain high in several districts, ranging between 41°C and 44°C in northern and interior regions like Adilabad, Karimnagar, and Kamareddy, while Hyderabad and nearby districts may see temperatures between 36°C and 40°C.
