BEIJING, Apr 17 : Indian Consulate General in Shanghai Pratik Mathur met Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce Auto Committee Bill Russo and discussed India’s Electric Vehicle Policy.
Both sides had an engaging discussion on India’s Electric Vehicle Policy 2.0 and related PLI (Production Linked Incentive) scheme currently changing global supply chains, the Consulate said in a post on X on Friday.
Mathur also met Tom Blackadar, Managing Director, Zifo Group, which has set up a manufacturing plant in India, making Nextgen technology equipment and are providing skilled employment opportunities to over three thousand workers, it said. (PTI)
