Civil Services still relevant, says former Kerala Chief Secretary K. Jayakumar
Former Kerala Chief Secretary and Travancore Devaswom Board president K. Jayakumar has said that as a former civil servant, he feels the Civil Services are still relevant as the government agenda of development and social justice remain incomplete in the country.
