Adani Enterprises has announced the incorporation of three new wholly owned subsidiaries through its step-down subsidiary, Adani Airport City Limited. The newly formed entities, Adani Navi Mumbai Airport City Limited (ANMACL), Adani Guwahati Airport City Limited (AGACL), and Adani Ahmedabad Airport City Limited (AAACL), were officially incorporated on 6 April 2026 in India.

These subsidiaries will engage in real estate activities, focusing on property development, construction of buildings, and the operation of hotels with integrated restaurants, banquets, and business centres. Each of these entities has been established with a paid-up share capital of ₹10,00,000, consisting of 1,00,000 equity shares valued at ₹10 per share. The shares were subscribed at their face value.

Adani Airport City Limited, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, holds 100% of the shareholding in ANMACL, AGACL, and AAACL. This strategic move aligns with Adani Enterprises’ expansion plans in the real estate sector, leveraging its expertise in infrastructure development.

The establishment of these subsidiaries does not require any governmental or regulatory approvals, and the entire consideration for the incorporation was made in cash.
