Bangalore (Karnataka) [India]April 25 (ANI): Karnataka Minister Priyank Kharge on Saturday launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi following the re-broadcast of Donald Trump's infernal remarks, alleging that PM Modi seems "completely compromised".
In an article on
Priyank Kharge's remarks come after US President Donald Trump shared a transcript of a talk show hosted by conservative commentator Michael Savage.
The transcript refers to India, China and other countries as "hellholes," describing them as places from where individuals travel to Washington during their ninth month of pregnancy to ensure their children "instantly become U.S. citizens."
In the footage, Savage claims that such practices create a loophole where "a baby here becomes an instant citizen, then they bring the whole family in from China or India or some other hellhole on the planet."
Lamenting the state of national identity, Savage claimed that "English is no longer spoken here" and alleged a lack of loyalty among modern immigrants.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MEA) on Thursday reacted to reports that US President Donald Trump re-shared a video referring to India and China in derogatory terms, claiming to have "seen some reports", but declined to comment further. (ANI)
