Gadkari reaffirms India’s commitment to SCO connectivity, trade, regional cooperation

NEW DELHI, Apr 23 : Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on Thursday reaffirmed India's commitment to strengthening regional connectivity, enhancing trade and deepening people-to-people ties across the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states.

During a virtual address to the 13th Meeting of SCO Transport Ministers in Kyrgyzstan, Gadkari highlighted the focus on multimodal connectivity, sustainable infrastructure, and green mobility.

According to a social media post from Gadkari's office, the Minister for Road Transport and Highways highlighted India's strong commitment to developing seamless, sustainable and future-ready transport systems, with a focus on multimodal connectivity, green mobility, resilient infrastructure and reducing logistics costs.
