With this opening, ‘Bhooth Bangla’ has ended the dominance of ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’, which had held the top position for four consecutive weeks. On Day 30, the Ranveer Singh starrer saw a sharp decline, collecting approximately Rs 2.70 crore net and Rs 3.24 crore gross for the day.Despite the slowdown, ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ continues to post a massive cumulative net total of Rs 1,105.82 crore.Bhooth Bangla has now entered the top five highest opening day grossers of Akshay Kumar’s post-pandemic releases. While ‘Sooryavanshi’ is still on the number 1 spot with an estimated Rs 26.29 crore collection, ‘Housefull 5’ occupies the second spot with a Rs 24 crore net collection.
